What records can I add to campaigns?

You can add Leads, Contacts, and Accounts (if Account Campaign Members is enabled). The automation works with any trigger that creates or updates these record types.

How does duplicate handling work?

You choose: Skip if already a member (recommended), Update their status to the new value, or Throw an error to stop the automation. This prevents accidental duplicates while giving you control.

Can I update other fields when adding to campaigns?

Yes! You can optionally update the Lead Source field and Lead/Contact Status field at the same time. Perfect for tracking campaign attribution and lead progression.

What if Account Campaign Members isn't enabled?
