• Metadata: Workflow settings, field mappings, and configurations stay in your environment
• Salesforce Records: We do not access or store your business data

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Manage your subscription status and billing
• Provide customer support when requested
• Send important service updates and security notifications
• Process subscription cancellations or extensions
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your information to:

• Analyze your automation usage or business processes
• Improve our platform based on your specific configurations
• Market to you based on your automation data

Data Processing and Storage

Salesforce Integration

• Action Engine is installed as a managed package within your Salesforce organization
• All automation data and metadata remains within your Salesforce environment
• We do not store, process, or access your automation configurations on external servers
• All data processing occurs entirely within your Salesforce org using Salesforce's security infrastructure

Limited Data Access

• We only access your Salesforce org when you explicitly request support or professional services
• Any access requires your explicit consent and is limited to the specific assistance requested
• We may temporarily access your org to build or modify automations at your request
• All such access is logged and performed by authorized personnel only

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We regularly audit our security practices and systems

Information Sharing

• Upon Uninstall: All Action Engine components are removed from your org according to Salesforce's managed package uninstall process

International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that we may transfer your information to and process it in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
